I went into Setterberg Jewelers about 2 months ago to get a quote on the ring I wanted to have reset with new prongs. Everyone was friendly, explaining in every detail what needed to be done, which was a laser job. They consulted, and came back to me to show ... me which areas they needed to work on and how they would have it done. I came back about a week ago to get the actual work done. The ring looked brand new, with heavier prongs, and shined perfectly. They did a fabulous job. I am very pleased, even though I have not worn it, yet. They also gave me the best advice as to the upkeep of my jewelry; not just the ring. They are experts in this field, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Read More
